My baby's abdomen size is measuring on the 97th centile (ie very big) and her head on the 3rd centile (ie very small). And m sure you will be fine i don't think his tummy measuring 40 weeks is too large i think ds tummy was measuring about 39 weeks at 36/37. Large babies can be genetic.
